UIN Public Relations \u2013 The Head of the Bureau of General Administration, Planning, and Finance (AUPK) at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, Dr. H. Zaenuri, S.Ag., M.Hum., officially appointed six employees to the functional positions of Financial Management Analyst and State Budget Financial Administrator in the campus multipurpose hall on Monday (September 7, 2026).<\/p>\n
The six employees who took their oaths of office during the ceremony were:
\n1. Encu Suhartini, S.E., M.M., as a Junior Expert in State Budget Financial Management Analysis.<\/p>\n
2. Rizki Putra Rinaldi, S.I.P., as a Senior State Budget Finance Officer<\/p>\n
3. Dewi Handayani, S.E., as Senior State Budget Financial Administrator<\/p>\n
4. Reni Aryani, B.S. in Computer Science, M.S. in Computer Science, as a Senior State Budget Finance Officer<\/p>\n
5. Susi Hendrawati, S.Pd., M.Si., as Senior State Budget Finance Officer<\/p>\n
6. Iis Yuliani, S.E., as Senior State Budget Finance Officer<\/p>\n
Zaenuri expressed his deep appreciation to the personnel committee and the staff of the Human Resources (HR) Bureau, who continue to work hard to organize regular inauguration ceremonies in order to provide optimal HR services. This optimization includes position adjustments for lecturers, senior lecturers, and heads of departments, as well as structural officials.<\/p>\n
In his remarks, the Head of the AUPK Bureau congratulated the employees who had successfully passed the competency exam in financial management. Zaenuri emphasized that achieving this milestone must be accompanied by a strong determination to perform even better in the future.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou still have a long career ahead of you and many goals to achieve, such as advancing from junior to supervisory positions. This role demands greater responsibility in carrying out your duties and improving the quality of services for both the campus community and external stakeholders,\u201d Zaenuri emphasized.<\/p>\n
Zaenuri also emphasized the importance of maintaining integrity and transparency in every job rotation and promotion at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. The personnel process always prioritizes measurable procedures and steps to avoid negative perceptions or slander. These position adjustments are a necessary consequence of changes to the Ortaker structure, so all elements of the educational system must adapt.<\/p>\n
Regarding welfare, Zaenuri explained that an increase in employees\u2019 functional career levels will automatically lead to improved welfare. However, the Head of the AUPK Bureau cautioned that this must go hand in hand with personal capacity building.<\/p>\n
\u201cCareer advancement must be accompanied by an increase in knowledge and the quality of service. We must not allow their well-being to improve while their service capacity remains stagnant or even declines. Everything must improve over time,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The inauguration ceremony was attended by invited guests, representatives from the Human Resources Office, and the Associate Deans of the Faculty of Islamic Theology and Thought and the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. The presence of faculty representatives was considered crucial, given that the Academic and Student Life Orientation (PBAK) period had ended and classes had begun in earnest, making human resources readiness a top priority.<\/p>\n
Given the limited number of staff, Zaenuri emphasized that the university cannot arbitrarily add personnel outside the applicable regulations. All administrative procedures must be followed to avoid problems in the future. The Head of the AUPK Bureau also issued a stern warning regarding the importance of focusing on the final outcome of a task.<\/p>\n
\u201cA work process that is repetitive without reflecting results or performance needs to be reevaluated. The expectations we set must be able to be turned into reality. If work is limited to mere process without results, it will have a negative impact,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
In closing his remarks, Zaenuri urged all employees to always spread kindness and benefit others through their respective roles. The performance and dedication demonstrated today will be a source of pride that will be long remembered both on campus and within the community.<\/p>\n
