This activity was held at Trembesi Hotel, South Tangerang City, for three days, from October 14 to 16, 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"1048\">This workshop aims to <strong data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"675\">improving curriculum quality<\/strong> within the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab as well as <strong data-start=\"729\" data-end=\"833\">Ensure compliance with learning outcomes-based learning standards.<\/strong>. Through this activity, the faculty is committed to adjusting the curriculum to be more adaptive to global dynamics, relevant to the needs of the academic world, and answer professional demands in various fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1385\">This activity was attended by university and faculty leaders, including the Rector of UIN SMH Banten. <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1191\">Prof. Dr. H. Muhammad Ishom, M.Ag<\/strong>, Dean of FUDA <strong data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1229\">Dr. H. Masykur, M.Hum<\/strong>, The curriculum is developed by the deans, vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs, lecturers, alumni, and external parties as stakeholder partners in the curriculum development process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1622\">In his speech, <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1514\">Chairman of the Committee as well as Vice Dean I for Academic and Institutional Affairs, Dr. H. Masrukhin Muhsin, Lc., M.A.<\/strong>, said that the implementation of this workshop was an important momentum in updating the faculty curriculum.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1947\">\n<p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1947\">\u201cThis workshop was not only attended by faculty leaders, but also involved various parties, including lecturers, alumni, and external stakeholders. This cross-party involvement is expected to optimize the curriculum review process so that the results are more comprehensive and applicable,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"1949\" data-end=\"2368\">This workshop presents <strong data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"1995\">main source<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2029\">Prof. Dr. Phil. Sahiron, M.A<\/strong>, as Director of Islamic Higher Education (PTKI) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. His presence provided deep insight into the implementation of the OBE-based curriculum in Islamic religious universities, especially in the context of integrating Islamic values with international standards of higher education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2523\">In his speech, <strong data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2450\">Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. H. Masykur, M.Hum<\/strong>, He emphasized the importance of a paradigm shift in curriculum development.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2836\">\n<p data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2836\">\u201cWe will focus on a future curriculum based on OBE-Outcome Based Education. Not only emphasizing on the learning process, but also on the outcome. The question is, what kind of graduate profile do we want? That will be the main basis in designing our curriculum,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"3024\">Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"2853\" data-end=\"2913\">Rector of UIN SMH Banten, Prof. Dr. H. Muhammad Ishom, M.Ag<\/strong>, in his opening remarks highlighted the urgency of reviewing the curriculum which was last carried out in 2021.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"3025\" data-end=\"3553\">\n<p data-start=\"3027\" data-end=\"3553\">\u201cSpeaking of curriculum review, the last one approved by the senate was in 2021. This means that it is time for us to make updates. OBE is a necessity that should have been implemented several years ago. But more than that, the direction of global education has now also shifted towards the concept of <em data-start=\"3357\" data-end=\"3380\">sustainable education<\/em> - sustainable education, which not only prepares globally competitive graduates, but also has a concern for the sustainability of the universe,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"3555\" data-end=\"3879\">Through this activity, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab is committed to <strong data-start=\"3624\" data-end=\"3691\">initiate the implementation of a comprehensive OBE-based curriculum<\/strong>, The program is designed to produce graduates who not only excel in academic and professional competencies, but also have a strong Islamic character, adaptive, and globally competitive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"3881\" data-end=\"4212\">With a collaborative spirit and orientation towards international standards, this workshop activity is expected to be the first step towards <strong data-start=\"4014\" data-end=\"4080\">internationalization of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten<\/strong>, This is in
