FUDA | December 01, 2025<\/strong> - In an effort to strengthen the culture of quality and ensure the sustainability of academic quality improvement, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten organizes Management Review Meeting (RTM)<\/strong> in early December 2025. This strategic activity, which took place in the PPG Building Hall, 2nd Floor, became an important momentum to evaluate the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) as well as to set the direction of the faculty's quality policy in the coming year.<\/p>\n

RTM as a Continuous Evaluation Instrument<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a mandatory agenda in the annual quality assurance cycle, RTM has a strategic position in ensuring that all quality standards set by the faculty are consistently implemented. Through this forum, faculty leaders and all work units review various important components such as:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Internal Quality Audit (AMI) results,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    complaints and customer satisfaction (students & stakeholders),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    performance of academic and non-academic services,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    achievement of quality targets (KPI\/IKF),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    effectiveness of SPMI implementation at faculty and study program levels,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    as well as follow-up recommendations for system improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The RTM not only resulted in an annual evaluation, but also affirmed FUDA's commitment to continuously develop a quality management system that is adaptive, structured, and oriented towards superior accreditation.<\/p>\n

    Implementation Report by the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    In the opening of the activity, Dr. H. Masrukhin Muhsin, Lc., M.A.<\/strong>, as the Vice Dean for Academic and Institutional Affairs and the chief executive of the RTM, presented the activity report as well as conveyed important directions related to the implementation of audits and evaluations.<\/p>\n

    He emphasized that each study program is required to submit internal audit reports and SPMI evaluations as decision-making materials. These documents are not only a picture of achievement, but also a map of improvements that must be followed up systematically.<\/p>\n

    \u201cSPMI audit and evaluation results are a compass for us to navigate the direction of quality improvement. The findings are not to be avoided, but to be a foothold for improving the system that may still have gaps.\u201d<\/em> He said.<\/p>\n

    Quality Policy Direction: FUDA Dean's Four Strategic Steps<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Masykur, S.Ag., M.Hum.<\/strong>, He strongly emphasized the importance of following up on the results of the previous period's Internal Quality Audit. He highlighted four major steps in strengthening FUDA's quality:<\/p>\n

    \n

    1. Comprehensive Evaluation Up to Study Program Level<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Quality evaluation, according to him, is not sufficient at the UPPS level alone. The study program as the frontline of education implementation must be the object of more intensive evaluation, including a review of the vision, mission, and goals that form the basis of the entire academic process.<\/p>\n

    2. Establishing a Solid Quality Evaluation Footing<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Strengthening SPMI is the main foundation. A good quality system must be able to show the strengths that can be maintained, while revealing the shortcomings that must be corrected. This effort must touch aspects of regulation, quality documents, implementation of standards, and evaluation of academic outcomes.<\/p>\n

    3. Optimizing the Faculty Website as a Quality Storefront<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    The FUDA website must be improved not only in terms of appearance, but also content quality, data integration, information transparency, and attractiveness for prospective students. Information about study programs, lecturer profiles, research, publications, and faculty achievements must be more accessible and updated.<\/p>\n

    4. Strengthening Internal and External Collaboration<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Cooperation between units in the faculty, such as with LPM, laboratories, and accreditation centers, must be more integrated. In addition, collaboration with study program associations and other universities is also an important reference in quality alignment and accreditation preparation.<\/p>\n

    \n

    On this occasion, the Dean of FUDA also expressed his appreciation to the leadership of the previous period who had contributed greatly, especially in the field assessment process of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program to successfully achieve accreditation. Superior<\/strong>. This success is an encouragement for all units to continue strengthening the culture of quality.<\/p>\n

    Attended by 45 Participants from Various Strategic Units<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The RTM activity was attended by 45 participants<\/strong> consisting of faculty leaders, heads and secretaries of study programs, Head of Administration, Quality Control Group, laboratory heads, LPM, Center for Accreditation and Institutional Development, and education staff.<\/p>\n

    This representative number of participants shows a strong commitment to building synergy across units. Each unit presented audit findings, standard achievements, and improvement recommendations that were reviewed together in depth.<\/p>\n

    Discussion Atmosphere: Enthusiastic, Open, and Solutive<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The discussion in the RTM was warm and constructive. The participants provided input from the perspective of each unit, enriching the analysis of the current condition of SPMI implementation.<\/p>\n

    Evaluation is carried out not only from the administrative side, but also on technical, academic, student services, laboratory management, and quality documentation aspects. This process is an important step in formulating FUDA's quality improvement strategy in the future.<\/p>\n

    Closing: Strengthening Togetherness for Sustainable Quality<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    The series of activities was closed with a group photo of all participants as a symbol of strengthening solidarity. The spirit of togetherness is one of the keys to FUDA's success in building a sustainable quality culture.<\/p>\n

    With the implementation of this RTM, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten is increasingly steadily moving towards a faculty with superior accreditation, high competitiveness, and adaptive to the changing needs of higher education in the modern era.<\/p>\n
