FUDA - Wednesday, July 02, 2025 - Proud achievements were again made by the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. A total of 23 students won the title in the event of 4th Ushuluddin Student National Scientific Competition (KINMU) which officially closed on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, through the Zoom Meeting platform.
The Ushuluddin Student National Scientific Competition (KINMU) is an annual event organized by State Islamic Universities throughout Indonesia, which was first held in 2022. Until this year, KINMU has entered its fourth organization.
In 2025, KINMU was hosted by UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The event was attended by 450 students from various Islamic religious universities throughout Indonesia.
KINMU 2025 competes in 34 competitions which are divided into three main fields: scientific, art, and research.
Carrying the theme “Revitalizing Keushuluddinan Values through Creation and Innovation in the Digital Era 5.0”, KINMU 2025 is expected to be a forum for students to explore, develop, and revitalize the scientific values of ushuluddin through creative and innovative approaches that are relevant to the times.
The closing ceremony, which began at 09.00 WIB, marked the end of the annual competition that brings together excellent students from various Islamic universities in Indonesia. In this fourth edition, FUDA UIN SMH Banten recorded an extraordinary achievement:

- 6 students won 2nd place
- 9 students won 3rd place

This competition is an important event in encouraging the development of research, critical thinking, and academic contributions of students in the field of Ushuluddin, including the study of Islamic Philosophy, Sufism, Tafsir, and Hadith.
The 4th KINMU not only presents a competitive atmosphere, but also builds a collaborative spirit through cross-campus discussions and exchanges of ideas. This competition involved students from seven universities that collaborate, making it a dynamic and progressive intellectual space.
This event is expected to continue to be a means for the birth of generation of Muslim intellectuals superior, competitive, and able to make a real contribution at the national and global levels.
