FUDA | Monday (03/04/2023) - The Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag. invited and presented the Vice Deans, all Heads and Secretaries of FUDA Study Programs and Heads of FUDA Laboratories in the 2023 Performance Agreement Signing activity. On the same occasion, the Socialization of Main Performance Indicators (IKU) was also carried out, Monday, April 3, 2023 at the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the FUDA Building, campus 2.
First, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag., gave direction that all activities in FUDA during 2023 must refer to the KPI in 2023 and the interests of AMI and accreditation. Furthermore, this socialization event is in the form of a discussion that discusses the description of the Business World and the Industrial World (DUDI) for students can be done through educational institutions / professions as evidenced by certificates.
The socialization of IKU 2023 also resulted in several indicators that must be met for the achievement of lecturer performance and Faculty progress, namely: the indicator of DTPS who has a functional position of Head Lecturer of 80% is still difficult to achieve, considering the distribution of expert assistant lecturers and lecturers is still a lot in the FUDA environment. The Performance Indicator of the percentage of graduates on time for the performance target of 85% is considered too high. It is better to refer to national / accreditation standards. The performance indicator of the percentage of lecturers who receive assistance in writing international-level scientific articles with a performance target of 5.13 % needs to be supported by encouraging lecturers to take part in international-level scientific writing assistance and or organize it.
On the other hand, the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag. also emphasized that there needs to be monitoring and updating of RPS which is integrated with research and community service to fulfill KPI and Accreditation. This meeting ended with the signing of a performance agreement, with the hope that FUDA's performance in 2023 can improve.
