The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten has a vision to realize a faculty that is superior and leading in scientific integration in the field of ushuluddin and adab sciences with a global outlook. To achieve this goal, the faculty with six study programs, Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy (AFI), Al-Qur'an Science and Tafsir (IAT), Hadith Science (IH), History of Islamic Civilization (SPI), Arabic Language and Literature (BSA), and Islamic Library and Information Science (IPII) has developed a scientific vision of workspace creation that aims to create an innovative, creative, and productive workspace.
In this era of globalization, universities must be able to create a superior and global-minded workspace to improve the quality of education and research. The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab has developed several strategies to create a superior and global-minded workspace, among others:
- Curriculum Development. The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab has developed an OBE-based curriculum that is relevant to the needs of society and industry.
- Research Quality Improvement. The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab has improved the quality of research based on Islamic studies and community service based on participatory action research.
- Improving the Quality of Human Resources. The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab has improved the quality of human resources regularly and continuously, so that they can become leaders with global insight and high integrity.

As the center of ushuluddin and civilization, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab has achieved some significant results in creating a superior and global-minded workspace, among others:

The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab continues to strive to improve the quality of global education, so that students can become graduates with global insight and high integrity in accordance with their scientific fields both ushuluddin and adab sciences spread across Indonesia and internationally. For example, cooperation with Sakarya University Turkey, Al-Azhar University Cairo, and Universiti Tun Hussein on Malaysia.
- Global Collaborative Research Quality. The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab continues to improve the quality of research and community service in a global collaborative manner, so that the academic community is able to contribute to the development of science and technology based on Islamic studies. For example, cooperation with Iran Corner and Said Nursi Corner.
