FUDA I September 17, 2025 - The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (DEMA FUDA) of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten held an activity of Central Plenary with the theme “Cultivating Empathy, Strengthening Evaluation for Mutual Progressiveness.”
The plenary which was held in the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab was attended by the FUDA 2025 DEMA board, representatives of the Department Student Association (HMJ), and elements of other student organizations (ormawa). This agenda is an important moment to evaluate the achievements of the work program in the first half of the management period, as well as formulate improvement strategies to improve organizational performance.
The event opened with a prayer and remarks from Dr. H. Endang Saeful Anwar, Lc., M.A., Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. In his direction, he emphasized the importance of inter-ormawa synergy at the faculty level, organizational spirit, and student contributions in supporting the achievement of superior accreditation. He also encouraged the formation of academic and non-academic communities as a creative space for developing student potential.
Next, Ade Furqon Hakim, Chairman of DEMA FUDA 2025, delivered his remarks as well as emphasizing on several main points, namely:
- Strengthening empathy and togetherness between administrators is the key to organizational solidity.
- Evaluation and adjustment of work programs to make them more relevant to student needs.
- Drive organizational progressiveness through passion, consistency, and innovation.
- Improved communication between organizational lines for effective coordination.
Plenary activities take place in an atmosphere of openness, constructive criticism, and a spirit of collaboration. The results of this plenary are in the form of evaluation, input, and follow-up plans that will be used as a foothold in carrying out work programs in the remaining management period.
With the implementation of this Central Plenum, DEMA FUDA 2025 hopes to strengthen the direction of the organization's movement, foster empathy between administrators, and present programs that are more progressive, innovative, and beneficial for all students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab.
