This course provides students with knowledge and skills regarding paradigms and theories that are appropriately used in researching social problems using quantitative research methods. This ability is a very important provision in order to be able to research various social problems in society by operationalizing relevant concepts, variables and measures using various types of appropriate quantitative methods so as to produce statistical data analysis so as to obtain the right data-based decisions.

Field of Knowledge

  1. Mastering knowledge and steps in developing critical, logical, creative, innovative and systematic thinking and having intellectual curiosity to solve problems at individual and group levels in academic and non-academic communities.
  2. Mastering the concepts, approaches and research methods to study, map and criticize philosophical ideas in Islam, classical, medieval, and modern/contemporary schools of kalam thought.

  2. Able to examine the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology that pay attention to and apply humanities values in accordance with their expertise based on scientific rules, procedures and ethics in order to produce solutions, ideas, designs or art criticism.

  1. Able to develop religious thought in the context of Aqidah and Islamic Philosophy, which is inclusive, tolerant, and moderate in the life of religious people and interfaith relations.

  1. Able to plan and conduct research using quantitative research methods, collect data, analyze research data using descriptive, associative, comparative statistics for scientific journals, in various social problems faced.
