The Strengthening Aqidah course is a course of the Islamic Philosophy Aqidah Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin, Da'wah and Adab, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten. In general, the Strengthening Aqidah course discusses the definition and urgency of the science of aqidah, the history of the birth of the science of aqidah, the definition of the pillars of faith and the six pillars of faith, the wisdom of studying and believing in the pillars of faith, the definition of the sentence of tawhid, Prophet Ibrahim as the father of tawhid, The wisdom of believing in the sentence of tawhid, Understanding the sentence of Thayyibah, Various sentences of thayyibah, The virtues and wisdom of reading the sentence of thayyibah, Understanding asmaul husna, 99 asmaul husna, The virtues and wisdom of reading asmaul husna.

Learning Outcomes of Study Program Graduates

Attitude and Values

  1. Contributing to improving the quality of life in society, nation and state based on an understanding of the values of Islamic religious beliefs that are not only in accordance with the values contained in the Koran and Prophetic Hadiths but also compatible with national values and global values, and the advancement of Islamic and national culture.

  2. Reflecting the attitude of Muslims who believe in Allah SWT and have noble character in accordance with the values of the teachings of tawhid and Islamic ethical values and the values of Pancasila.

  3. Internalizing the values of Kalam Science so as to become academic and social people who are committed to the belief in tawhid and have religious and social responsibilities for the development and progress of the nation and state.

  4. Having intellectual responsibility in analyzing religious issues, especially those concerning issues of belief, society, nationality and messenger and being able to overcome problems that develop in society and provide solutions to problems of belief, religion, society and state.

  1. Able to analyze the historical basis or background of the emergence of Kalam science.
  2. Able to analyze the development history of Kalam Science comprehensively and factually.
  3. Able to identify the characteristics of Kalam Science.
  4. Able to compare the similarities and differences between Kalam Science, Islamic Philosophy and Sufism.
  5. Mastering knowledge of the school of kalam and its kalam thought.
  6. Master the knowledge of the differences and similarities between the schools of kalam in a holistic and precise manner.
  7. Mastering knowledge of the similarities and differences between sects in the school of kalam in a comprehensive manner
    holistic and precise.
  8. Mastering knowledge of the basics of Kalam Science holistically and precisely.
  9. Mastering knowledge of the influence of foreign elements on Kalam Science holistically and accurately.
