FUDA | Tuesday (10/06/2025) The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University (UIN SMH) Banten held a gathering for Prospective Civil Servants (CPNS) who had just joined the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. This activity took place in the FUDA Dean's meeting room on the day of Tuesday, June 10, 2025, The purpose of the meeting was to introduce the CPNS to the faculty leaders and brief them on their duties and responsibilities.

The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag. along with faculty leaders, including Vice Dean I Dr. Sholahuddin Al Ayubi, M.A., Vice Dean II, Dr. Eva Syarifah Wardah, S.Ag., M.Hum, Vice Dean III Dr. Aang Saeful Milah, M.A., and Head of Administration, Raden Suryanto, S.E..
The event was opened with remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag. In his remarks, Dr. Hudaeri expressed great hopes for the CPNS who had just joined. “Welcome to the big FUDA family. We really appreciate the commitment and dedication that has been shown during the selection process. Hopefully you can immediately adapt and make the best contribution in your respective fields,” said Dr. Hudaeri.
Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of integrity, discipline, and professionalism in carrying out duties as state servants. “Our duty as state apparatus is not only limited to carrying out obligations, but also to set a good example through high ethics and performance,” he added.
The gathering, which was held in the Dean's meeting room, also aims to strengthen relationships between the academic community and provide a clearer understanding of the work culture at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. The CPNS were briefed on various internal faculty policies and expectations that must be met in carrying out their duties.

On this occasion, Dr. Hudaeri also conveyed the importance of collaboration between fellow staff and competency development to achieve the faculty's vision. “FUDA continues to strive to produce quality and competent graduates. We hope that with the joining of these CPNS, our faculty can continue to grow and make a real contribution in the scientific field and service to the community,” he said.
The event ended with a group photo session and informal discussions between the CPNS and faculty leaders, which provided an opportunity to get to know each other better for a more intimate atmosphere.

This gathering is expected to be a positive starting point for CPNS in carrying out their duties within the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. With the collaborative spirit created during this event, it is hoped that CPNS can work together with the entire FUDA academic community to realize the vision and mission of the faculty. Hopefully with this activity, a harmonious, professional, and productive work atmosphere will be created in order to support the progress of the faculty and Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten.
