Serang - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten held a farewell event for the Head of Administration, Raden Suryanto, SE, M.Si., who has entered his retirement period starting March 1, 2026. The warm event was held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the 2nd Floor Hall of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, and was attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, and educational staff and a number of students who participated in Tahfizh Camp activities.
This event became a momentum to remember Raden Suryanto's long dedication and devotion in carrying out his duties as Head of Administration at UIN SMH Banten. The atmosphere of emotion and kinship was felt when the leaders and academic community expressed their appreciation for his contribution during his duty.
In his farewell speech, Raden Suryanto expressed his gratitude to all leaders and the big family of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab who have been an important part of his career.
“I feel very grateful to be able to devote myself to the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. Many memories, experiences, and togetherness that I will never forget. I apologize if during my duties there were oversights or shortcomings. Hopefully our friendship will be maintained even though I have entered my retirement period,” said Raden Suryanto emotionally.
The Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Masykur, M.Hum., in his speech expressed his highest appreciation for Raden Suryanto's dedication and loyalty while serving in the faculty.
According to him, the role of the Head of Administration is very strategic in supporting the smooth governance of administration and academic services in the faculty.
“Mr. Raden Suryanto is a figure who is very dedicated, disciplined, and has a high commitment to his work. He has made a major contribution in strengthening administrative governance at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. On behalf of the leadership and the entire academic community, we thank you for the service that has been given so far,” said Dr. Masykur.
Likewise, Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Dr. Masrukhin Muhsin, M.A., assessed Raden Suryanto as a figure who has high integrity in carrying out faculty administrative tasks.
“We really feel how dedicated and professional he is in supporting various academic activities in the faculty. Many administrative processes run well thanks to his thoroughness and responsibility,” said Masrukhin Muhsin.
Meanwhile, Vice Dean II for General Administration, Planning and Finance, Dr. Eva Syarifah Wardah, M.Hum, said that Raden Suryanto has become a role model for education personnel in terms of discipline and work commitment.
“He is not only an administrative leader, but also a guiding figure for many education personnel. His work spirit and example are an inspiration to all of us,” he said.
The same thing was also conveyed by the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Endang Saeful Anwar. He assessed that Raden Suryanto's dedication had given its own color in the institution's journey.
“His dedication has been an important part of the journey of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. We hope that this retirement period will be a new phase full of blessings and happiness with family,” he said.
The farewell event was closed by giving mementos from the faculty leaders and a group photo session as a symbol of respect and gratitude for Raden Suryanto's dedication during his service at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten.
