The Elected FUDA Dean for the 2025-2029 Period Holds the First Meeting with Education Personnel

FUDA | Tuesday, August 19, 2025 - Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, Dr. Masykur, S.Ag., M.Hum., held the first coordination meeting with FUDA education staff on Tuesday (19/08) in the meeting room of the Head of Administration on the 1st floor.

This meeting was attended by the Head of Administration, JFT PTP, JFT Archivist, JFT Public Relations, JFT Laboratory, BPP, and administrative staff in the general and academic sections. The main agenda of the meeting was individual introductions, delivery of duties and functions, and direction regarding the development of faculty programs that will be carried out technically by education personnel in order to achieve FUDA's vision and mission.

In his direction, Dr. Masykur emphasized that Education personnel are an important part of organizing education, This is despite not being directly involved in teaching and learning activities. “They are employees who devote themselves to supporting the education process. This role is vital in supporting academic and administrative success,” he said.

The Dean also reminded the importance of applying 5 ASN work culture which includes integrity, professionalism, innovation, responsibility, and exemplarity. These values are expected to guide all education personnel within the Ministry of Religious Affairs, especially at FUDA UIN SMH Banten.

In addition, he highlighted the linkage of several performance instruments such as Employee Performance Targets (SKP), Remuneration Compensation System (SKR), Lecturer Workload (BKD), Key Performance Indicators (IKU), and Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP).. All of these instruments must be understood and carried out in harmony so that services at FUDA are optimized.

In the future, the Dean of FUDA encourages increased discipline, one of which is through the use of Employee ID Card while in the campus environment. He also emphasized the importance of service quality improvement, This is done both digitally and manually, by referring to the applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The meeting was closed with a session of sharing and coordination between teams. According to Dr. Masykur, faculty performance cannot run alone, but must be done synergistically.
