Fuda-Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten held an Evaluation of the Implementation of the Education Personnel Work System on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at the Fuda Administration Head Meeting room. This activity was led directly by the Head of Administration and attended by the Deputy Dean for General Administration, Planning and Finance and all educational staff from JFT, PTP, JFU and other administrative staff.
This evaluation is in the context of realizing a dynamic and professional bureaucracy after simplifying the bureaucracy, as well as in order to support the implementation of a more proportional, effective and efficient organization and work procedure in the Fuda Administration section which is confirmed in detail in the form of a Letter of Duty based on the main duties and functions attached to each educational staff.
Head of Administration Mohamad Rifai gave a briefing on the evaluation of the implementation of the work system by explaining the Organization and Governance that applies at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. In this case, each work unit in Fuda consisting of the Academic, Student Affairs and Alumni sections and the General Administration section, each of these units is given one person in charge, in this case formed by the Head of Administration, among others, for the Academic, Student Affairs and Alumni section, the person in charge is M. Nasir while for the General Administration section is Afifi M.
Furthermore, the Head of Administration explained about the work system techniques applied at Fuda such as making Academic Reports on each activity and other work parts that must be fulfilled as a form of implementation of the work system applied to Fuda Education personnel to produce effective and efficient work results.
Vice Dean for General Administration, Planning and Finance Hj. Eva Syarifah Wardah added more details about the work system carried out by Education Personnel must be based on Accreditation. Every activity document must be collected into one hard file and soft file so that it can be accessed by the leadership for the purposes of completing the Accreditation document.
In addition, the Head of Administration also gave directions for the Faculty website to be further improved in order to be more developed, because information about Fuda's activities can be accessed by many people. One form of effective web management is the amount of news generated on the web about activities in Fuda, as well as other information that adds informative completeness, for maximum service and efficiency.
