FUDA I September 18, 2025 - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten held a coordination meeting (rakor) involving all faculty leaders, heads and secretaries of departments, lecturers, and education staff. The event took place in the Meeting Room Lt. 2 FUDA Building with the aim of strengthening synergy between units in facing academic and administrative challenges this academic year.
Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Masykur, S.Ag., M.Hum, conveyed the importance of effective coordination to support the faculty's vision as a center of superior and moderate Islamic science. He also underlined the need for collaboration across study programs to improve academic quality, research, and community service.
“This coordination meeting is not just a routine, but a momentum for a comprehensive evaluation of ongoing work programs and strategic planning so that faculty achievements are more optimal in the future,” said Dr. Masykur.
Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Dr. H. Masrukhin Muhsin, Lc., M.A, The Vice Dean II of General Administration and Finance reported on the academic development and performance achievements of lecturers during the previous semester. Meanwhile, the Vice Dean II for General Administration and Finance discussed budget allocations and strategies for efficient use of faculty funds.
The meeting was closed with a discussion session and input from all participants which resulted in various constructive ideas and proposals. This step is expected to strengthen the faculty to be more adaptive and innovative in carrying out its duties.
Through this coordination meeting, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten is committed to continuing to improve the quality of services and strengthen its role in producing graduates with Islamic, national and integrative scientific insights.
