Serang, (November 5, 2025) - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten organized the following activities Development of Students Receiving Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) KIP K Excellent on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at the FUDA Hall. This activity was attended by all KIP-K recipient students from various study programs within the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab.
This coaching event aims to strengthen academic spirit, instill superior character, and foster a sense of social responsibility for students receiving educational assistance from the government. In this activity, the participants received briefings related to academic ethics, self-potential development, and the role of students as agents of change in the campus environment.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Adam Mustaqim, in his speech said that this activity is a real effort of the faculty in assisting and directing KIP-K recipient students to continue to excel and have integrity.
“KIP-K is not just tuition assistance, but a mandate that must be maintained with achievement and good behavior. Through this coaching, we want to emphasize that KIP-K recipient students are a representation of the spirit of learning, hard work, and integrity that is the pride of the faculty,” he said.
Meanwhile, Chairman of FKBM KIP-K UIN SMH Banten, Aman Firmansyah, also appreciated the organization of this activity.
“We appreciate the initiative of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab which consistently provides guidance to KIP-K recipient students. Such assistance is important so that students not only excel academically, but also mature in character and social responsibility, ” he said.
In his direction while opening the event KIP Excellent 2025, Vice Dean III of Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Endang Saeful Anwar, M.A., representing the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, emphasized the importance of fostering self-awareness and Islamic values in KIP-K recipient students.
“This coaching is a form of faculty attention in forming students who excel intellectually and spiritually. We hope that all KIP-K recipients can become examples of discipline, responsibility, and enthusiasm to contribute to the progress of FUDA in particular and UIN SMH Banten more generally,” he said.
“It is expected that through this KIP Excellent event, KIP K students can meet the expected targets, such as IP above 3.25 and graduation on time in 8 semesters as well as their contribution in achieving both academic and non-academic achievements,” he added.
Also present were speakers from the Academic and Student Affairs section of the Rectorate, Mrs. Ida Sulastri and the Vice Dean I for Academic and Institutional Affairs of FUDA, Dr. H. Masrukhin Muhsin, Lc., M.A. “We hope that the KIP-K recipient students can complete their studies and graduate on time,” said Ida Sulastri.
The activity which took place full of enthusiasm ended with a motivational session and the signing of the commitment of KIP-K recipient students to continue to maintain integrity and enthusiasm for learning. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that KIP-K recipient students at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab can continue to be an inspiration for the academic community and play an active role in building a superior academic atmosphere and character.
