FUDA I Tuesday (January 08, 2025) - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten held a Coordination Meeting for the preparation of Even Semester Lectures for the 2024/2025 Academic Year in the Fuda Meeting Room 2nd Floor on Tuesday which began at pkl. 09.00 WIB to 12.00 WIB.
The meeting was attended by the Dean, vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs, administrative heads and education personnel from both the general and academic sections, this meeting discussed the main points in evaluating activities and planning activities to be carried out in 2025 within the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. The most important thing is in preparing for the Accreditation of 3 Study Programs including the History of Islamic Civilization Study Program, Al-Qur'an Science and Interpretation and Islamic Library and Information Science which will be implemented in the near future.
Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten Mohamad Hudaer said in his remarks as well as opening the Meeting that “We all have to change work patterns, especially in academic services. For example, how the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab is able to graduate at least a minimum of 50% students graduated in Semester 8 ”. For this reason, it is necessary to streamline the time used for regulations, for example, Comprehensive exam registration.
The comprehensive exam is one of the requirements for students who have passed all courses and other assignments such as Field Professional Practicum in accordance with their majors.
For this reason, in order to speed up the completion of students towards the munaqasah / thesis session, the comprehensive examination does not need to be registered, the study program staff mapping students who are eligible to carry out a comprehensive examination to be scheduled.
Vice Dean I Sholahuddin Al Ayubi explained in more detail about the comprehensive exam scheduling mechanism to be discussed together to determine the technical implementation to be effective and efficient. In addition, the meeting also discussed about lectures which will soon be held around February 2025.
