FUDA | Thursday (24/08/2023) - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab conducted a Field Audit in the framework of the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) on Thursday, August 24, 2023. This event was held in the FUDA Conference Room on the 2nd floor, at 08.00 WIB until 16.00 WIB.
Five Auditors from the Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten came directly to the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, namely Dr. Yayu Heryatun, M.Pd., CIIQA; Dr. Moch. Muizzuddin, M.Pd., CIIQA; Dr. Moch Subechan, M.Ag., CIIQA; Ikin Ainul Yakin, M.E., CIIQA; and Fahma Islami, M.Si. The Auditors were welcomed directly by the leaders of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dean, Vice Deans, Head of TU, Head of Study Program and Secretary of Study Program at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab.
The Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag., said that the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) activity is very important to be carried out, as an evaluation to face accreditation.
“Actually, this AMI activity is very beneficial for us, and this should not be feared by all of us. So, this AMI activity is very important, so that we can evaluate things that are lacking, both in data completeness and other preparations to face accreditation.” Explained Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag.
Then as the head of the Field Audit team, Dr. Yayu Heryatun, M.Pd., CIIQA conveyed several things related to the implementation of the Field Audit this time.
“Respected ladies and gentlemen, in the implementation of AMI this time, thank God we have been able to use the application system that we just launched some time ago. The use of this application system greatly facilitates us in monitoring every file that each study program inputs. Although there are still many things we need to develop again, but this is already very good. Furthermore, we auditors will directly check the data that you input on the system from each study program, and we will provide some recommendations needed for future improvements.” Explained Dr. Yayu Heryatun, M.Pd., CIIQA.
Furthermore, each study program at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab is audited by one auditor. Each auditor faced directly with the Head of Study Program and Secretary of Study Program. The event went smoothly, and the auditors provided many important inputs for each study program.
