FUDA I Wednesday (June 11, 2025) - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University (UIN SMH) Banten shows a real commitment in improving the quality of education through active involvement in Field Assessment (AL) Accreditation of Higher Education Institutions (AIPT) activities. This activity took place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Rectorate of UIN SMH Banten, and became an important part of the process towards the status of AIPT. Superior Accreditation.
Series of Field Assessment Activities
The Field Assessment began at 08.00 WIB in the 3rd Floor Hall of the Rectorate, with an opening session by the Vice Rector II representing the university leadership. The event was attended by assessors, faculty leaders, lecturers, education staff, as well as representatives from LPM, LP2M, and related bureaus.
Next, the assessment panel session was held at 09.00-11.00 WIB, which was divided into two assessment groups: the first group assessed criteria 1-4, while the second group assessed criteria 5-9.
At 11:00-12:00 WIB, the assessors visited the faculty exhibition area. FUDA displays various achievements in the form of trophies and award certificates, as well as superior products made by students that reflect the spirit of innovation and creativity.
Interactive Interview and Discussion
After the lunch break, the interview session was held at 13.00-15.00 WIB, involving lecturers, education staff, students, alumni, and graduate users. The interviews were conducted in three separate rooms and designed to measure the achievement of accreditation indicators as a whole. The involvement of all elements of the academic community in this session shows the collective spirit and readiness to face accreditation challenges.
Inspiring Closing
Closing session or wrap-up started at 15.00 WIB. The assessors gave a positive impression of the readiness of the institution, the quality of documents, and the innovation shown by all faculties, especially FUDA. They appreciated the concrete works that reflect the synergy between education, research, and community service.
FUDA, the Main Pillar towards Excellent Accreditation
The active involvement of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab confirms its position as one of the main pillars of UIN SMH Banten. FUDA's contribution strengthens the university's optimism in achieving the status of Superior Accreditation. The synergy shown is clear evidence of the faculty's commitment to displaying high quality academic achievements.
FUDA continues to innovate and support the implementation of a curriculum that is adaptive to the times. In addition to producing graduates who are professional and have integrity, FUDA also plays an active role in creating a superior and competent future generation.
Hopefully through this momentum, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab will be more successful in carrying out the mission of superior Islamic education and continue to make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of education in Indonesia.
