FUDA I September 18, 2025 - The Student Senate of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten (SEMA FUDA UIN Banten) successfully organized General Assembly II with the theme “Reconstructing the Half Period Trail for a More Synergized FUDA ORMAWA”. This activity took place in the FUDA Building Hall, 2nd Floor and was attended by all internal administrators of the Student Organization (ORMAWA) within the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA).
The Second General Assembly is not only a routine agenda every mid-period, but also a strategic forum for conducting the General Assembly. a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of half the management period of ORMAWA FUDA. In this momentum, SEMA FUDA 2025 initiated the presence of a digital-based performance measurement tool, i.e. Key Performance Index (KPI) which must be filled online by all ORMAWA as a form of activity reporting.
The initiative aims to bring clear, objective, and measurable assessment standards. With this KPI system, accountability reporting is not only a formality, but also reflects the transparency and accountability of ORMAWA's performance.
Not only that, as a student legislative body at the faculty level, SEMA FUDA also emphasizes its role and authority in carrying out activity budget audit which has been carried out by each ORMAWA. This step is part of SEMA's commitment to ensuring that the internal financial governance of student organizations runs according to the principles of the student organization. good governance.
Chairman of SEMA FUDA, Taosyekh Nawawi, said that the General Assembly II was an important moment to strengthen consolidation and synergy between student organizations.
“Hopefully, the goal of this General Assembly will be achieved, which is to strengthen student organizations that are more dynamic, synergistic, and transparent in their performance and financial management.” he said.
Starting at 08.00 WIB, this trial became strategic space for students to bring together ideas, unite visions, and design new steps that are more responsive to student needs and the challenges of the times.
In closing, Taosyekh Nawawi reminded us of the important role of students as agent of change.
“Students must continue to learn, both from the academic world and organizational experience. This is the main provision to create a generation of leaders who are visionary, have integrity, and are able to bring real change.” he added.
With these various strategic steps, the II General Assembly is expected to be an important milestone in creating an ORMAWA FUDA that is not only active, but also professional, transparent, and efficient. for the advancement of the faculty and the university as a whole.
