SERANG - Another proud achievement in the global arena was made by students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA), Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten. Dafa Alfiansyah, a student who has just entered Semester II in the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program (IAT), managed to become one of the winners in the prestigious event “International Al-Fatihah Certification Competition”.
This international competition was organized directly by Bajdah Educational Company, a reputable educational institution based in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with UIN SMH Banten. Dafa's success in penetrating this global competition is clear evidence of the high academic quality and success of student development in the FUDA environment, especially in mastering and standardizing Qur'an reading.
Responding to this brilliant achievement, the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten, Dr. Masykur, M.Hum., expressed his highest appreciation. He emphasized that this achievement is the result of dedication and academic climate that continues to be built in the faculty.
“We from the faculty leadership are very grateful and proud of the achievements of Dafa Alfiansyah. The success of winning competitions at the international level - especially those held directly by institutions in Saudi Arabia - proves that our students have the capacity and quality that is recognized globally,” said Dr. Masykur.
Furthermore, Dr. Masykur hopes that this achievement can be a milestone for other students. “This achievement is very much in line with the vision of our institution. Hopefully Dafa's success will inspire and encourage all FUDA students to continue to explore their potential, dare to compete, and bring the name of FUDA and UIN SMH Banten to the world,” he added.
Dafa Alfiansyah's victory not only adds to the long list of FUDA student achievements, but also further strengthens the profile of graduates from the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, as a generation that is scientifically superior, has a global outlook, and has internationally validated competencies.
