Hikmatul Luthfi, born in Sukabumi, is a lecturer at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten. Luthfi (her nickname), studied S1 and S2 at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta.

As a Lecturer with Additional Duties (DTT), namely the Secretary of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program (IAT), Luthfi actively teaches courses such as Munasabat Science and Tahilli Tafsir. He is also involved in various collaborative research activities, including writing and publishing scientific articles in accredited national and international journals, as well as writing in online media such as NU Online for Islamic, wisdom and sharia channels or columns.

In addition to teaching and research, Luthfi is also active in community service, especially as a resource person for the study of the Qur'an and tafsir. He is an active member of the Association of Qur'anic Sciences and Tafsir (AIAT) throughout Indonesia and has participated in international conferences.

With his dedication and contribution to the academic world, Luthfi continues to strive to develop science and provide benefits to society through the tridharma of higher education.
