FUDA | Tuesday (27/02/2024) - FUDA UIN Banten again held a Studium Generale directly in the Second Floor Hall of FUDA Building, Campus 2 UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, Tuesday (27/02/2024). The Dean of FUDA Dr. Mohammad Hudaeri, M.Ag hopes that students will get inspiration from the materials and increase knowledge outside the field of study in order to have broad insights.
The 2023/2024 Even Academic Year Studium Generale carried the theme “The Role of Nusantara Manuscripts in the Spread of World Ushuluddin Sciences”.
“The philological science tool is a tool that is expected to read a manuscript and so that it does not become extinct. Philology can not only be used in the field of literature but can also be related to the religious field, because there are still many manuscripts of Islamic scholars that are still untouched”. Said the speaker Mr. Dr. H. Rizzaldy Satria Wiwaha, M.Hum
“Meanwhile, the concept of Islam in the archipelago is Islam whose context is focused on studies written by the archipelago's scholars. If asked what is the role of the archipelago's ulama in the spread of religious sciences, then look at Sheikh Nawawi Al-Bantani.” He said again
In addition to delivering the material, Dr. H. Rizzaldy Satria Wiwaha, M.Hum also gave advice specifically for final semester students, that when final semester students mean being at a crossroads, we choose where to go later after plunging into a real world full of competition. To narrow the competition, do the theory of climbing stairs.
He also shared experiences on how to study abroad with scholarships and much more knowledge gained.
This Studium General activity was attended by Deans, Lecturers, Academic and General Executives as well as many students including from the IAT, SPI, IH, BSA, IPII and AFI Study Programs. This activity went smoothly, the students were given the opportunity to ask questions and conclude the material presented and then get a book as a gift.
The Studium Generale activity ended with a photo session with students and the Deans as well as FUDA Lecturers with the Presenters.
