FUDA | Saturday (May 30, 2026) – The Hadith Studies Student Association (HMPS) held a Working Meeting and Training Session for the 2026 HMPS Hadith Studies Executive Board at Villa Omah Iyam, Baros, Serang, Banten. The event’s theme was “One Motion, One Legacy: (Bringing Ideas Together, Building Capacity, Nurturing Unity)” as part of an effort to build a solid leadership team, improve the quality of the organization’s human resources, and strengthen the shared commitment to fulfilling the leadership’s mandate for one term.
The event began at 3:30 p.m. WIB and was attended by the entire executive board of the Hadith Studies Student Association (HMPS) for the 2026 term. The program opened with remarks by the master of ceremonies (MC), followed by a recitation of the Holy Quran, which added to the solemn and meaningful atmosphere.Next, the executive chair’s report was delivered by Brother M. Fahry Dharmanayah. In his report, he expressed his gratitude and thanks to all parties who had provided support and contributions so that the Work Meeting and Upgrading event could be carried out successfully. He also expressed his hope that the entire series of activities would run smoothly and result in a well-directed work program, strengthen coordination among the executive board members, and serve as a solid first step for the HMPS Ilmu Hadis executive board’s term in 2026.
Following the executive chairperson’s report, the event continued with a series of remarks from invited guests and advisors as a show of support and encouragement for the entire executive board in carrying out the organization’s duties and responsibilities.
Opening Remarks – Opening Remarks
- Anggi – President of the Hadith Studies Student Association (HMPS) 2026
In his remarks, he noted that the journey of the HMPS Ilmu Hadis to date has been a long one, filled with processes, struggles, and dedication from its predecessors to the current leadership. He urged all executive members and members to continue fostering a spirit of unity, carry on the organization’s legacy of struggle, and work together to contribute to the future progress of the HMPS Ilmu Hadis.

In his remarks, he encouraged all students to reflect once again on their reasons for joining HMPS. He emphasized that the organization is not merely a place to gather, but also a space for learning, developing one’s potential, gaining experience, and building skills that will be beneficial both during their college years and in the future.

In his opening remarks, he stated that the working meeting serves as a forum for discussion that plays a crucial role in determining the organization’s direction during a given term of office. Therefore, he urged all executive board members to actively participate, contribute their best ideas, and develop realistic and beneficial work programs. He expressed his hope that the outcomes of this working meeting would serve as a shared guideline for achieving the future goals of the HMPS Ilmu Hadis.

In his remarks, he stated that leadership within an organization is not merely about holding a position, but also about the responsibility to fulfill one’s duties faithfully. He urged all board members to carry out their duties in accordance with the organization’s applicable rules and regulations, and to always uphold integrity, discipline, and a sense of responsibility in every program and activity they undertake.
After the opening remarks were concluded, the event continued with a presentation session as part of the executive committee’s professional development program. The first presentation was delivered by Imam Muzayyin, who discussed organizational structure. In his presentation, he explained the importance of understanding an organization as a means of self-development, the development of leadership qualities, and a platform for cultivating the ability to work together and act responsibly in fulfilling one’s duties.
Next, the second presentation was delivered by Ahmad Haikal, who addressed the topic upgrading executive board. During this session, he offered words of encouragement and shared various organizational experiences that will serve as valuable guidance for the 2026 executive board of the Hadith Studies Student Association (HMPS). He also emphasized the importance of developing personal skills, maintaining a commitment to the organization, and fostering a work culture that is active, productive, and collaborative.
After the training session ended, the activities continued with Working Meeting (Muker)) as the main agenda item at the HMPS Hadith Studies Working Meeting for the 2026 term. The working meeting was opened and chaired by Department of Organizational and Personnel Development (PAO) who is responsible for ensuring that the forum proceeds in an orderly and constructive manner.
At the forum, each division and department presented a draft work plan to be implemented during the term of the executive board. The divisions and departments that presented their work plans included BPH-U, PAO, Internal, External, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Women’s Empowerment, and Interests and Talents. Each program presented was then discussed collectively to gather feedback, suggestions, and improvements so that it could become an effective work program tailored to the organization’s needs.
Through this Working Meeting forum, it is hoped that all board members will share a common understanding of the organization’s direction, be able to strengthen coordination across departments, and be committed to implementing the programs that have been mutually agreed upon.
The event concluded with an evaluation session, a prayer, and a group photo. With the successful holding of the Working Meeting and Training Session for the HMPS Hadith Studies Executive Board for the 2026 term, it is hoped that all board members will carry out the organization’s mandate with full responsibility and implement various programs that benefit students and the Hadith Studies Program.
