FUDA I Thursday (20 February 2025) - The inauguration and upgrading of the Student Organization management of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab for the 2025/2026 period was officially held on Thursday (20/02/2025) in the FUDA Hall, 2nd floor. The event was attended by campus leaders, as well as all newly elected Ormawa administrators.
The inauguration was led by Vice Dean III of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten Dr. Aang Saeful Milah, MA. Replacing the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN SMH Banten Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, MA. who was unable to attend due to other activities.
Vice Dean III for Student Affairs in his speech also highlighted the significance of Ormawa in the campus ecosystem. “Ormawa has a strategic role as a bridge of aspiration between students and the campus. The existence of student organizations is not only to develop the potential of its members, but also to actively contribute to advancing the campus through innovative and useful programs,” he said.
Vice Dean III for Student Affairs in the closing ceremony expressed his hope that the new board could carry out the mandate well. “Make this management period a momentum to advance the organization and make the campus proud,” he said.
After the inauguration procession, the activity continued with an upgrading session focused on strengthening organizational capacity and developing work programs. The new administrators received briefings on organizational management, leadership, and strategies for achieving useful work programs.
The upgrading activities are filled with various materials such as:
- Effective and efficient organization management
- Communication and coordination techniques in organizations
- Strategic work program planning
- Conflict management and decision making
The Chairman of the Student Executive Board (DEMA) for the 2025/2026 period, Ade Furqon Hakim, expressed his hopes. “We hope that Fuda in 2025 will be more advanced, creative, and must be more productive to develop the potential of Fuda students,” he said.
Chairman of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program Association (HMPS IAT) for the 2025/2026 period Muhamad Alif Zibran expressed his hopes. ”Hopefully Ormawa Fuda can become a competent institution and work well together and become a forum for student expression and aspirations in various academic and non-academic fields.
The inauguration and upgrading ended with a group photo of all new administrators in front of Fuda. It is hoped that with the implementation of this activity, all Ormawa administrators can carry out work programs more purposefully and professionally.
