FUDA - On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, a Work Meeting and Upgrading of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program Student Association (HMPS), Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten Period 2025 was held at the Fuda Hall, 2nd floor, Campus 2 UIN SMH Banten. The Work Meeting was held to compile and discuss related work programs that will be run for the next one period. Meanwhile, this Upgrading is designed to provide basic knowledge and skills to the management of HMPS IAT period 2025 in managing the organization effectively and professionally. The Raker and Upgreding event began at 07.30 WIB until it was finished and was attended by the 2025 IAT HMPS management and invited guests, namely the Head of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program, Dr. H. Endang Saeful Anwar, Lc., MA. Secretary of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Science Study Program Mr. Hikmatul Luthfi, MA. Hum. Chairman of DEMA Fuda, Deputy Chairman of Sema Fuda, and HMPS in the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab.
The Head of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, Dr. H. Endang Saeful Anwar, Lc, MA. In his speech said. “I welcome the organization of this activity with the theme ‘Strengthening Transformation, Knitting Innovation’. This theme is very relevant to the current conditions where we need young leaders who are able to adapt to changes and are able to create new innovations. As the Head of the Study Program, I hope HMPS IAT can be a forum for students to develop their potential, especially in the field of leadership and organization. HMPS is also expected to be a bridge between students and the Study Program in developing knowledge in the field of Al-Qur'an and Tafsir. To the newly inaugurated IAT HMPS management for the 2025 period, I congratulate you on your duty. Carry out this mandate with full responsibility and high dedication. Make this organization a place to learn, work, and contribute to the progress of the Al-Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program ”. He said
Chairman of Dema Fuda Ade Furqon Hakim in his remarks conveyed a message: “I advise all HMPS IAT administrators to maintain cohesiveness, solidity, and professionalism in the organization. Make differences of opinion a wealth of thought to produce better work programs ”.
After the meeting, this activity was continued with an upgrading event presented by Mujamil as the demisioner of HMPS IAT with the theme “Leadership Organization Management”. This upgrading aims to:
- Provided an understanding of the HMPS organizational structure and the functions of each section.
- Improve the ability of the board to develop strategic work program planning
- Develop board skills in organizational resource management
- Train administrators in managing the organization's administration and finances
And this event ended with a photo with the caprodi, sekprodi, HMPS IAT 2025 management in the Fuda hall. It is hoped that with the implementation of this event, all HMPS IAT 2025 administrators will carry out a better and more useful work program.
