FUDA | Friday (17/05/2024) - The need for digital-savvy human resources is increasing rapidly, this is shown by the various companies that open job opportunities targeting prospective digital-savvy employees. In fact, every company will upgrade its employees to learn the latest technology, according to the needs of the current era. Not only that, the need for digitally capable human resources is not only in industrial companies, but also in educational institutions.
The Dean of FUDA, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag., is aware of the times that continue to develop, so that to live in that era, it is not enough to rely on knowledge from college alone, but must have skills, one of which is digital skills. Therefore, the Dean of FUDA together with the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr. Aang Saeful Milah, M.A., carried out Digital Skills Training (PKD) activities for Students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, 2024.
PKD activities were held on Wednesday, 15 - Friday, May 17, 2024 at the FUDA IAT Laboratory on the 1st floor. This activity took place at 08.00 - 16.00 WIB. PKD was attended by 21 students from six study programs.
PKD, focuses on website design skills, so the resource person in this training is Mr. Apit Hidayat, S.Ag., a Web Design practitioner. It is hoped that this activity can add and hone students' skills in designing websites.
In addition to website design skills, Apit Hidayat also delivered other important material, namely graphic design skills, file management, and social media management. According to him, there are many jobs that provide positions for people who have these skills.
The Dean of FUDA, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri hopes that students will seriously participate in this PKD activity, so that when they graduate from college, they not only understand about the science of Islamic studies, but have several other skills that support them in the world of work.
The event went smoothly, and all students participated in the activities with great enthusiasm.
