According to an official letter from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office (Center for Education Personnel and Operational Funding Services/P4OP), UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten has been included in the list of state universities (PTN) that are official partners in this program.

Date: September 30 through October 6, 2026
Location: Through the official website https://p4op.jakarta.go.id/kjmu/login using each registrant's account.
Higher Education Institution Verification & Academic Data Updates
Date: September 30 through October 12, 2026
Description: The university will verify and cross-check academic data (level of education, tuition fees, GPA/IPS, and student enrollment status) against the Higher Education Data Repository (PDDIKTI)..
Important Notes for Your Genhas:
Data Update Required: Make sure your academic data in the university system/PDDIKTI is accurate and up to date. Data that has not been updated cannot be saved for the Education Office’s verification stage..
Risk of Automatic Cancellation: Both new applicants and returning recipients who unverified by the university by the specified deadline will automatically canceled in the system and cannot be processed to the next stage.
Students who need further information regarding data management or internal campus coordination related to the KJMU quota should check the official announcements through the student affairs information channels of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten or the official website of the P4OP of the DKI Jakarta Education Agency.
