FUDA - Wednesday, June 18, 2025 - In an effort to strengthen performance collaboration in the academic and administrative spheres, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten held a Socialization and Joint Coordination of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) on Wednesday (18/6) in the Dean's Meeting Room. This activity was attended by the Vice Dean II, Dr. Eva Syarifah Wardah, S.Ag., M.Hum., who was also accompanied by Ursa Agniya, M.Hum., as a lecturer in Library Science and Islamic Information, and the Head of Administration, Raden Suryanto, S.E. Also present were new CPNS from various work units within FUDA.
This activity follows up on the previous gathering forum which is intended to build and strengthen a common understanding of work culture, professional ethics, and the strategic role of CPNS in supporting the vision and mission of the faculty. In addition, this socialization is a forum to strengthen cross-unit coordination in order to create a solid synergy in carrying out academic and administrative functions collaboratively. “Through this forum, it is hoped that all CPNS can more quickly adapt to the work environment and have clear guidelines in carrying out their duties professionally,” said Raden Suryanto in opening the forum.
In Dr. Eva Syarifah's preface, she reemphasized the importance of building a work culture based on integrity and professionalism. She also said that the success of the institution is not only determined by individual performance, but involves all elements in a synergistic and responsible manner.
“We want to create a work environment that is ethical, conducive, with integrity, family-based, and oriented towards quality academic services. Therefore, we must have a high spirit of learning in carrying out our duties, by instilling the values of professionalism in ourselves.” he said.
Furthermore, this activity was also a means for learning related to the strategy of filling out Employee Performance Targets (SKP), which was guided directly by Ursa Agniya. Participants were provided with a technical understanding in preparing SKP based on individual performance indicators that are measurable, relevant to their respective functional positions, and aligned with institutional targets. In addition, CPNS are also given the opportunity to dialog directly with leaders and structural officials regarding various technical and strategic aspects in carrying out their duties.
Dr. Eva Syarifah, in closing the forum, expressed her hope that CPNS can take an active role in supporting faculty programs.
“We hope that the CPNS can be a new energy that helps encourage the progress of the faculty, both in the fields of academics, research, and administrative services.” he said.
This activity marks FUDA's commitment to creating a collaborative, accountable, and productive work environment in order to achieve the goals of higher education with quality and integrity.
