Information about the use / loan of FUDA facilities and infrastructure

Assalamu'alaikum Wr.Wb

          It is notified to all users and / or borrowers of FUDA facilities and infrastructure, that for the sake of smooth, orderly, conducive and comfortable use of the facilities and infrastructure of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, there are several things that need to be considered as follows:

1. Submit a letter requesting the loan of infrastructure facilities to the Fuda General Administration sub-division by including contact numbers that can be contacted;
2. The application letter is submitted to the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten for disposition;
3. The application letter is submitted one week before the user/borrower carries out the activity and no later than 3 days before the implementation of the activity;
4. For FUDA Ormawa (DEMAF, SEMAF and HMPS) attach an activity approval letter from the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Cooperation of FUDA;
5. For requests to borrow facilities and infrastructure that will be approved, priority is given to the FUDA Community and Society from letters that come first to the FUDA General Administration section;
6. Approval of a letter requesting a review of FUDA's infrastructure facilities is no sooner than one day after the letter is submitted;
7. During the activities taking place in the FUDA environment, there are several things that must be considered, including:
8. Maintain cleanliness, order, safety and comfort during activities
9. The latest activity deadline is pkl. 18.00 WIB
10. After the activity must be tidied up again as before
11. No smoking and littering in the FUDA environment
12. Must follow and obey the applicable rules
13. It is not allowed to use the infrastructure for activities on holidays.
