FUDA | Thursday (05/06/2025) - Proud news came from the big family of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA), Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University (UIN SMH) Banten. A total of 24 alumni have officially been inaugurated as Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for the 2024 fiscal year formation.
This success is a clear proof of the quality of education and competitiveness of FUDA UIN SMH Banten graduates at the national level. The inaugurated alumni will serve in various government agencies, both under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and other ministries and institutions. They fill the professional formations of religious instructors, headmen, and teachers.
This inauguration is the culmination of a series of rigorous selection processes that they have gone through since last year, starting from administrative selection, Basic Competency Selection (SKD), to Field Competency Selection (SKB).

The Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, Dr. H. Moh. Hudaeri, M.Ag., expressed his gratitude and pride for the achievements of the alumni.
“This is an extraordinary pride for us at FUDA and UIN SMH Banten. The success of 24 alumni who penetrated the national ASN selection is a reflection of the dedication, hard work, and scientific and character provisions that we instill during the education process,” said Dr. Hudaeri in Serang, Thursday (5/6/2025).
He added that this achievement is expected to be a spark of enthusiasm for students who are still actively studying.
“This is proof that graduates of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab have competencies that are recognized and needed by the state. We advise the alumni who have been inaugurated to maintain the good name of the alma mater, work with integrity, and dedicate themselves fully to service to the nation and state,” he said.
The newly inaugurated alumni are scattered in various placement areas, bringing the good name of UIN SMH Banten to all corners of the country.
The achievement of 24 alumni not only adds to FUDA UIN SMH Banten's long list of achievements, but also strengthens the faculty's position as an institution that creates superior human resources, morals, and is ready to contribute to the progress of Indonesia.
