FUDA | Monday (08/05/2023) - Research and community service are part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. To improve the quality and quantity of research and community service, the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten has allocated research and community service assistance funds for collaboration between lecturers and students in the 2023 fiscal year. Of course, the available funds cannot finance all research and service activities of lecturers in FUDA UIN SMH Banten. Therefore, selection is necessary.
As part of efforts to maintain accountability and quality of research and service, on Monday, May 8, 2023 an activity was held “Review of Research and Service Proposals for Collaboration between Lecturers and Students in 2023”. There were sixteen proposals reviewed, each consisting of ten collaborative research proposals and six collaborative service proposals. This proposal review activity involved Dr. H. Syihabudin, M.Si., from Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, as a reviewer. In the view of the reviewer, almost all of the proposals submitted were good proposals. acceptable. The proposals had interesting themes, clear objectives, and actual methodologies. In addition to expressing positive responses, the reviewers also suggested that some improvements be made, especially regarding uniformity and persistence systematic writing.
The implementation of this proposal review activity is the first step to stimulate research and service, especially among lecturers and students of FUDA UIN SMH Banten. Research and community service are preliminary activities before publications are produced. It is impossible to produce quality publications if there is no good research and community service beforehand.
