Serang, May 4, 2026 - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten held a routine coordination meeting of educational staff on Monday (4/5) at Campus 1. This activity is a regular agenda that aims to improve performance effectiveness and strengthen synergy between educational staff within the faculty.
The meeting was attended by all education personnel from various work units within the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. In an orderly and conducive atmosphere, the participants followed the discussion related to performance evaluation, improvement of administrative services, and alignment of future work programs.
In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab emphasized the importance of coordination meetings as a means to strengthen internal communication and improve the quality of service to students and lecturers.
“This routine coordination meeting is an orum that not only accommodates various aspirations, but also becomes a common space to formulate solutions to any obstacles faced in carrying out tasks. More than that, this meeting has strategic value as a means to equalize perceptions among education personnel, thus creating harmony of steps. Through this forum, it is hoped that various deficiencies that still exist can be identified and improved continuously, in order to realize more optimal and professional services, ”said the Dean.
He also emphasized that education personnel have a very important role in supporting the success of faculty governance. Therefore, professionalism, discipline, and responsibility must be continuously improved.
“There is no more Pak Kabak at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab, but still we are with the passage of time, then the density of activities. Earlier it was conveyed that we prioritize for now which is currently preparing for the accreditation of AFI Study Program ”. Mrs. Vice Dean II
The coordination meeting also discussed a number of important agendas, including evaluation of previous activities, strengthening the reporting system, and optimizing digital-based services. The participants also provided input and suggestions for future performance improvements.
The activity was closed with a mutual agreement to continue to improve coordination and commitment in carrying out tasks, in order to support the achievement of the vision and mission of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab.
With the implementation of this meeting, it is expected that all education personnel can be more solid and professional in providing the best service in UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten.
