FUDA | Thursday (02/11/2023) - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten held a Workshop on Improving the Quality of Educators and Education Personnel. This activity aims to educate educators and education personnel in an effort to realize a quality institution. The event was attended by educational staff and FUDA lecturers.
The Dean of FUDA, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag., gave the official opening speech in this workshop. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of improving the quality of teaching and education personnel at FUDA to support the vision and mission of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab which is superior and leading.
The main speaker in this activity was Dr. Imam Abu Hanifah, S.E., M.M., Ak, C.A, an academic who has a variety of experiences in education and management. Dr. Imam Abu Hanifah, gave material on “How to Realize a Quality Institution with the Support of Quality Education and Education Personnel.” The material presented by Dr. Imam Abu Hanifah covered various important aspects in the management and development of educational institutions, such as management strategies, improving the quality of teaching staff, and the role of education in achieving educational goals.
Workshop participants gained valuable insights in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab. They also had the opportunity to discuss, exchange ideas, and formulate concrete action plans to apply the concepts they had learned.
Dr. Imam Abu Hanifah emphasized that efforts to realize a quality institution require cooperation and commitment from all parties, especially educators and education personnel. He also highlighted the importance of innovation and adaptation to the times in the educational process.
Workshop on Improving the Quality of Educators and Education Personnel of FUDA UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten is a concrete step towards improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia, especially in the field of Ushuluddin and Adab. With the support of qualified educators and education personnel, FUDA hopes to continue to grow and make a greater contribution to the world of education and society.
