FUDA | Wednesday (01/11/2023) - The Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA) at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten carried out Human Resources Capacity Building activities for Education Personnel on November 01, 2023. This activity aims to improve the competence and quality of FUDA education personnel in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
This Human Resources Capacity Building activity aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of education personnel in supporting the academic process at FUDA UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. With this capacity building, it is expected that the faculty can continue to provide the best service to students and lecturers.
The activity pioneered by the Head of Administration of FUDA, Mohamad Rifai, S.Pd.I., M.Si., is a very important activity. According to him, over time, many jobs require new expertise and skills, so that the education personnel of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab must improve their expertise and skills, in order to provide excellent service to students and lecturers.
The Dean of FUDA, Dr. Mohamad Hudaeri, M.Ag., said in his speech, “We believe that quality human resources are the faculty's greatest asset. This activity is one of our efforts to continue to improve the abilities and knowledge of education personnel, so that they can contribute better to the development of the faculty, especially in excellent service.” Said the Dean of FUDA.
The event, which took place at Le Dian Hotel, Serang, was attended by all FUDA education personnel, including administrative staff, libraries, and other parts that support the function of the faculty. There were three resource persons in this activity, namely Apit Hidayat, S.Ag., Siti Supiah, S.Si., and Edi Humaedi, S.E..
Apit Hidayat, S.Ag., gave a presentation on how to write news and upload it on the website. He discussed the importance of publishing activities on the website in the form of news. In addition, the participants were also trained directly on how to write good and correct news, as well as how to upload it on the website.
Siti Supiah, S.Si., delivered material on proper letter writing. In his presentation, he emphasized the importance of orderly administration in writing letters that must comply with applicable regulations. This is something that is very important for education personnel to master.
Edi Humaedi, S.E., focused on the aspects of activity reports and financial reports in educational institutions. He explained the basic principles of making efficient and accountable activity and financial reports in the context of education.
After the presentation, participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topics that had been presented. This discussion provides a forum for education personnel to share experiences and find the best solutions to problems faced in their daily tasks.
This activity is a positive step from FUDA UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten in ensuring the quality of their education and services continues to develop in accordance with the demands of the times.
