FUDA | Friday (22/03/2024) - The spirit of togetherness and love for the Qur'an is increasingly felt in the Tahfidz Camp of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab (FUDA). In a joint ifthar event held on March 22, 2024 in the FUDA Hall, Vice Rector III of UIN Banten, Dr. Hidayatullah, M.Pd., gave encouragement and enthusiasm to FUDA students to excel in the field of tahfidz.
On that occasion, Vice Rector III of UIN Banten, Dr. Hidayatullah, M.Pd., also gave directions to FUDA students. He emphasized the importance of tahfidz activities in shaping the character of students with integrity and noble character. More than just a complement to the curriculum, tahfidz activities are a tangible manifestation of practicing religious values in everyday life.
“By memorizing and understanding the Qur'an, we not only increase our Islamic insight, but also form a strong personality and have good character,” said Dr. Hidayatullah.
In addition, Warek III also encouraged FUDA students to actively participate in various tahfidz activities and competitions related to the Qur'an. He believes that with enthusiasm and sincerity, FUDA students are able to achieve brilliant achievements in the field of tahfidz, both at the local and national levels.
The bukber event, which was attended by FUDA lecturers, was a meaningful moment for the Tahfidz Camp participants. Towards breaking the fast, Ustaz Hadian Rizani, M.Hum., Head of the Islamic Library and Information Science (IPII) Department, delivered religious tausiyah which inspired and motivated all participants to continue to increase the depth of understanding and memorization of the Qur'an.
The ifthar event together at Tahfidz Camp not only provided beautiful memories for the participants, but also became a place to strengthen friendship and increase enthusiasm in pursuing scientific and religious journeys. Hopefully activities like this can continue to be held and provide great benefits for FUDA students in developing themselves academically and spiritually.
