FUDA I Monday (23 September 2024) - The Arabic Language and Literature Study Program, Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten held a Field Professional Practicum Orientation activity with the theme Digital Calligraphy Training as an Effort to Preserve Arabic Calligraphy in the Modern Era which took place in the Hall lt. 2 FUDA.
The Field Professional Practicum Orientation Activity of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten was attended by around 90 students as professional practicum participants, also attended by Fuda employees and lecturers, this activity took place from 07.30 to 12.00 WIB. With the resource person in this activity Muhamad Afdhal who discussed the provisions and technicalities of Calligraphy writing.
As is well known, Field Professional Practicum is a series of lecture activities that must be carried out by every student in pursuing education at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University Banten. Professional Practicum activities are carried out in places or institutions related to the field of study taken.
In this case, the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Adab UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten carries out an orientation of Field Professional Practicum before students carry out Professional Practicum to institutions related to their Study Program, for example at the Banten Provincial Language Institute and other institutions.
This Orientation activity is equipped with how the process of writing Arabic Calligraphy in the Modern era. As a means of information calligraphy (khat) is used to convey information, both past and future information and even information from Allah SWT as stated in the Qur'an. The art of calligraphy or Arabic calligraphy is an art of writing beautiful Arabic writing.
